We have become aware in recent weeks of an ongoing fraud in Vietnam. This fraud involves the illegal use of the names ‘PYN’ or ‘PYN Elite,’ or variations thereof, in attempts to scam money from individuals through false or fake companies, mobile apps, websites, or social media. PYN Fund Management and PYN Elite Fund have nothing to do with these scams. We have reported the scam to the local police in Vietnam. We empathize with the victims of this scam and strongly encourage them to promptly report the incident to the local police, providing all necessary details for investigation.
PYN Fund Management Oy is a Finland-domiciled company having its only registered office in Helsinki, Finland. PYN Fund Management is the sole manager of Finland-based PYN Elite Fund which is an investment fund currently having major investment activities in the Vietnamese stock market. PYN Elite Fund itself is not investable in Vietnam. PYN Elite and PYN Fund Management Oy don’t have any direct local presence in Vietnam. In Vietnam, there only exists a Representative Office of PYN ASIA Research Ltd., an entity established and registered in Thailand which provides exclusively research services for PYN Fund Management. PYN Fund Management and PYN Elite Fund do not offer any services, products, or investment opportunities to Vietnamese consumers or investors.
